+++Go Positive+++

They say happiness lies within you.

So how to figure out to bring it out and experience? "This shall pass" and "hakuna mattata" are always there. But when you are down with depression, those phrases seldom emerge in your all-frustrated mind.

What we need is little bit of wide exposure. Having read a few sad and successful stories, we can always quote them when we are about to be down with that impending depression. If we are angry on someone or disappointed by any of our "dearest" ones, let's not make it go straight to our head. Turn your reaction, which probably may be angry words, frowns, or hanging face – ninety degree toward your positive mood. We will end becoming more happy, energetic, and even more successful in whatever endeavors you are handling at that time. Obviously, if not done so, the reaction otherwise will be more disastrous and may even lead you to browse on Google "How to commit suicide painlessly?"

As humans, who took millions of years to get evolved since the beginning of evolution, we should feel we are so special than any other species. We are the ones who are supposed to be imbibed with virtues like self-confidence, positive energy, happiness, and above all, the ability to think rationally. Let's use all of them; we deserve them.

Read a lot. Watch a lot. Listen a lot. Keep your senses engaged and open. Think about anything related to the outside world, because the cruel monster, depression, will try making you believe "This is the end of the world." We will find how big and beautiful the world is, how many millions of things to be explored, and how well we have been living, compared to many other poor souls. If nothing works, try God. Explore and start experimenting the existence of god. Trust me, it proves to be successful to free your mind from the clouding frustration. This interesting topic is really an excellent stress-buster (if you are rational and not too religious).

"My worries are nothing when compared to many others' in the world" as opposed to "I'm the most depressed soul in the world" will help a good deal to come out of the nonsensical depression. Fight it back and be a depression-proof!

Gone with the Wind!

Is it possible in the world of a pretty woman to get ready in half an hour for the outing, which her husband has decided just ten minutes back? I am just surprised at myself for finding out that it is possible for me (Did I say anything about pretty women?). It seems I am changing as my Mom once blessed (or cursed) me that I would change definitely after marriage.

Time has always played his role in everything. We may forget or miss to notice the changes, physically and mentally, day by day. It is but being oblivious of the fact that time is more powerful than your team lead who nods his empty head thousand times in front of your boss.

In those golden days (GDs), you were awaiting your promotion without much fuss, that is, hopping from second standard to third class in school just happened.

Now, you have to worry about your productivity, utilization, attendance, initiative, and many other management-related jargons in the Oxford dictionary.

In those GDs, you enjoyed smelling your newly bought and covered books. You just spent time by flipping through those pages, counting all colorful pictures.

Now, you feel insecure that someone will be replaced in your post that you feel you acquired out of your guard, sorry, hard work.

In those GDs, those A or B grades gave only appreciation and more encouragement.

Now, you get a pink slip if you slip (sleep) a bit.

In those GDs, shifting house for you was like sleeping in one place and getting up at another.

Now, you finding place in the so-called metro is like an adventure in which you are Jim Hawkins in search of the Treasure Island.

In those GDs, the existence of a species called house owners was unknown to you.

Now, you are a passive listener in front of your nagging house owner, who can only shout and never listens.

In those GDs, Mom and Dad were there to rely on, even for buying a pencil that has an attached eraser.

Now, you have to be on your own even if your buying your own car (under four-wheeler loan), as your parents are a few thousand miles away.

It seems the gen X will have a different endless list in the years to come. Blame it on technology, modernization, or economical growth. The undercover culprit is Time.

Let me go struggle for my future on dot, as time reminds me that he will never delay.
