+++Go Positive+++

They say happiness lies within you.

So how to figure out to bring it out and experience? "This shall pass" and "hakuna mattata" are always there. But when you are down with depression, those phrases seldom emerge in your all-frustrated mind.

What we need is little bit of wide exposure. Having read a few sad and successful stories, we can always quote them when we are about to be down with that impending depression. If we are angry on someone or disappointed by any of our "dearest" ones, let's not make it go straight to our head. Turn your reaction, which probably may be angry words, frowns, or hanging face – ninety degree toward your positive mood. We will end becoming more happy, energetic, and even more successful in whatever endeavors you are handling at that time. Obviously, if not done so, the reaction otherwise will be more disastrous and may even lead you to browse on Google "How to commit suicide painlessly?"

As humans, who took millions of years to get evolved since the beginning of evolution, we should feel we are so special than any other species. We are the ones who are supposed to be imbibed with virtues like self-confidence, positive energy, happiness, and above all, the ability to think rationally. Let's use all of them; we deserve them.

Read a lot. Watch a lot. Listen a lot. Keep your senses engaged and open. Think about anything related to the outside world, because the cruel monster, depression, will try making you believe "This is the end of the world." We will find how big and beautiful the world is, how many millions of things to be explored, and how well we have been living, compared to many other poor souls. If nothing works, try God. Explore and start experimenting the existence of god. Trust me, it proves to be successful to free your mind from the clouding frustration. This interesting topic is really an excellent stress-buster (if you are rational and not too religious).

"My worries are nothing when compared to many others' in the world" as opposed to "I'm the most depressed soul in the world" will help a good deal to come out of the nonsensical depression. Fight it back and be a depression-proof!
